Upcoming group classes

All classes are available online for high-school students across the United States, with sessions scheduled in Pacific Time. Students may also attend alongside the instructor in our San Jose classroom, near Cupertino, in California’s Bay Area. Individual classes are available upon request.

  • Mathematics: AP Precalculus, AP Calculus AB/BC, and AMC 10/12 preparation.
  • Physics: AP Physics 1, AP Physics 2, AP Physics C: Mechanics, and AP Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism.
Recommended preparation

Each class builds on relevant prior coursework. Most students at the intended grade level are prepared to follow the material. If you’re unsure about readiness, we can discuss your student’s current understanding during a consultation.

What to expect in class

01

Lessons and learning plans

We introduce a core concept, then explore a concrete example or problem that uses it. Working through the problem reveals more about the concept, helping students deepen their understanding throughout the lesson.

Classwork and homework

Students complete classwork with instructor guidance and homework for independent practice. Homework answers and explanations of how to solve the problems are reviewed at the beginning of the next class.

Assessing understanding

We assess students’ progress by reviewing their previous work and checking their understanding. We also offer tailored classes that address gaps in a student’s understanding.

Communication with families

Families receive an initial class outline and a brief overview of the coursework. Instructors follow each student’s progress and communicate with parents upon request.

How it works

From request to enrollment

Request a place in a group class, or book a consultation to discuss the best fit or arrange individual classes.

    Request enrollment

    Choose an available group class, review the schedule, tuition and enrollment policies, and check the agreement box before submitting your request. A request does not reserve a seat.

  2. 02

    Arrange payment

    Staff review your request and email payment instructions. We accept checks or Zelle, with full payment due upfront.

  3. 03

    Receive confirmation

    After verifying payment and availability, staff confirm your enrollment and schedule by email. If a class is full, families can join its waitlist.

  4. 04

    Join your class

    Classes use Zoom, and materials are shared through Google Drive. Staff email the access details before class. Course materials are included in tuition.
